1. Application of the general conditions of sale and use of the site  galerieagnesnord.com

For all other items (the vast majority):

- Delivery will be offered free of charge in Metropolitan France (except as mentioned on the product sheet)

- Buyers located outside these territories must either request a preliminary shipping estimate which must be accepted and paid for before shipment, or collect or have their purchases collected at their expense by a duly authorized carrier of their choice.

In all cases, a “Collection at the gallery” or “Delivery” button will be offered at the time of the order.

The buyer must therefore first fill in his address on the site:

1.4 The Customer will be responsible for payment, any customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or State taxes. These rights and sums will be borne by the Customer and are entirely his responsibility both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies of his country. The Seller advises the Customer to inquire about these aspects with the competent local authorities.

5. Order

After clicking on the "Order" button and checking the specifics of his order (quantity and price), the customer validates the choice of the selected product(s) by choosing his means of payment and his method of retrieving the order (shipping or withdrawal at the gallery). During his first order, the customer can enter the following information: first name, last name, complete delivery address, e-mail, telephone number. 6. Shipping or collection at the gallery

a) Shipping

9.7. Products for which the right of withdrawal does not apply: in accordance with the stipulations of article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Items liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

• audio or video recordings or computer software when they have been unsealed by the Consumer Customer after Delivery;

• newspapers, periodicals or magazines.

10. Liability
